I had to write this letter to thank you for the outstanding, friendly service you gave me today. The corner of the window tint on my '91 Talon had started to come lose and, since I was in the neighborhood, I thought I'd drop in to see if it could be fixed. You said it would have to be replaced, and when I asked how much it would cost, you said it would be free. Well, I've got to tell you I was shocked! In this day and age, when most places have forgotten what customer service is all about, it's nice to see that you still believe in treating your customers like friends.

This is the second time I've visited FX. The first time was when I had to get a replacement window tinted. The guy who served me then (sorry, I've forgotten his name) was also very friendly and helpful. When I asked a question about a deflecta-shield, he explained how it would be installed and even offered to get one in, just so I could see how it would look on my car.

The customizing job you guys did on this car is great! I can't tell you how many people have commented on it. You can bet that I'll gladly tell them where it was done and recommend FX to everybody I know. And, if I ever decide to get any more work done on my car, I'll certainly be back.

This is just a note of THANKS for FX Auto Tint always being a people oriented company. We have been getting our 1989 Chev Astro van Vital check since we purchase same. It still looks brand new and that is because of the EXCELLENT work that FX and the tremendous/friendly staff at FX Auto Tint always give. FX always goes beyond the normal to assist and make customers happy. The reason why FX is an excellent company is because they care. This little note is to say THANKS for being a tremendous company.
